Booking requests
Submitting a request does not by itself confirm a stay. Dates are confirmed only after the required reservation deposit is received or verified and the booking status is changed to Confirmed by the host or authorized admin.
Reservation deposit
The current reservation deposit shown during booking is deductible from the total booking amount. Payment instructions and the remaining balance are shown in the booking flow and guest portal.
Registered guests
Only registered guests are allowed inside the unit unless otherwise approved and coordinated in advance. The maximum guest count shown on the website applies to the booking.
Check-in and check-out
Preferred times may be submitted during booking. Flexible check-in and check-out are subject to availability, prior coordination, condominium rules, and turnover requirements.
House rules
Guests must follow the house rules shown on the website and guest portal, including rules on visitors, parties, smoking or vaping, pets, quiet hours, and care of the unit.
Cancellation and refunds
The current Cancellation & Refund Policy displayed on the website forms part of these booking terms. Any refund or exception remains subject to the stated policy and host review.
Optional add-ons and facilities
Optional add-ons, including pool access when offered, may have separate fees and remain subject to condominium rules, operating hours, availability, and current management requirements.
By submitting a booking request, the guest confirms that the information provided is accurate and agrees to the booking terms and house rules applicable to the stay.
