A ₱1,000 reservation deposit secures your dates — fully deductible from your total booking amount. Balance is settled at check-in.
Cancellation requests should be made at least 2 days before the scheduled check-in date. A full refund may be granted when the cancellation is made within the required notice period and supported by an acceptable reason, subject to Host approval.

A full refund may be approved when the cancellation request is made at least 2 days before check-in, the guest provides an acceptable or valid reason, and the Admin/Host approves the refund request.
Cancellations due only to a change of mind, finding another unit or accommodation, choosing a cheaper property, or deciding to stay somewhere else are non-refundable. The reservation deposit is non-refundable in these cases.
Cancellations made less than 2 days before check-in are subject to Host review and are not automatically eligible for a full refund. Any exception must be approved by the Admin/Host.
All cancellation and refund requests are subject to review and approval by Ikigai's Nest.
