How we handle guest information

Last updated: October 6, 2026

Information we collect

We may collect your name, mobile number, email, stay dates, guest count, booking notes, payment proof and transaction details, and—when required for condominium registration—guest identification information.

Why we use it

We use guest information to process booking requests, verify payments, coordinate check-in and check-out, prepare required guest registration, provide stay support, prevent booking conflicts, and maintain booking records.

Who can access it

Access is limited to authorized Ikigai's Nest admins or co-hosts who need the information to manage your booking. Private guest, payment, and identification details are not displayed on the public website.

Third-party services

Some booking operations may use connected services such as Google Calendar for scheduling and payment providers chosen by the guest. Those services operate under their own privacy practices.

Retention and guest requests

Records may be retained as reasonably needed for booking operations, accounting, dispute handling, safety, or condominium requirements. You may contact the host to request correction of inaccurate booking information or ask about retained information.

Contact

For privacy questions related to your stay or booking, please use the contact options shown on the Ikigai's Nest website or guest portal.

This notice explains the operational handling of guest information for Ikigai's Nest and is not intended to replace any rights or obligations that may apply under relevant law or condominium rules.
